Job summary

Harrison Western in Saratoga, Wyoming is seeking a Miner to support mining operations and remediation efforts. The role is full-time and based on-site, with compensation of $32.00–$35.00 per hour and per diem based on location.

Work includes operating heavy equipment, handling pipelines, concrete pours, and underground labor while following OSHA/MSHA regulations. The Miner will read blueprints, identify hazards, and assist with maintaining equipment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ mining experience.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Recognize hazards and safety risks.
• Strong work ethic.
• Must have a current Driver’s License and dependable transportation.
• Regular attendance required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and random testing.
• Ability to obtain an ATF Employee Possessor Permit.

Responsibilities

• Operate mining equipment including drills, muckers, trucks, forklifts and others.
• Remove and install pipelines, compressed airlines, communication lines.
• Concrete formwork and pours.
• Rehabilitation of existing works.
• Advancement of new works.
• Installation and maintenance of ventilation and utilities.
• Intermediate steel installation and welding.
• Identify, maintain and repair general maintenance on equipment.
• Follow safety rules, regulations and procedures.
• Perform daily jobsite inspection.
• General underground labor; may lead small crews and mentor new employees on site.
• Other duties as assigned.
