Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Short Term Planner in East TN to lead underground mine planning and scheduling efforts. You will develop weekly 7+21 plans aligned with RoFo objectives, coordinate with Mine Operations, Geology, Survey, Geotech, and Mine Design, and generate drill/blast designs for safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with SHEC standards, leading safety initiatives, and delivering plans that meet ROFO KPIs while working closely with the UG Mine Manager and

• Desirable track record in driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Promote, lead, and demonstrate safe behaviors at all times.
• Develop weekly 7+21 plans and rolling 3-month plans (RoFo).
• Generate drill and blast designs and short-term level designs.
• Work with Mine Operations, Geology, Survey, Geotech and Mine Design to develop plans and schedules.
• Attend safety meetings and demonstrate safe leadership.
