Qualifications

• Ability to manage, motivate, and train staff.
• Proficient in reading and using engineering maps and drawings.
• Must possess working knowledge of UMWA Contract and Company Policies.

• Ensure compliance with all legal and safety standards.
• Manage daily and monthly maintenance costs.
