Job summary

OceanaGold Corporation is a global gold and copper producer with Haile Gold Mine in South Carolina. The Maintenance Planner Specialist will coordinate preventative maintenance for underground and fixed plant assets, ensuring resources are available for safe, efficient work.

Qualifications

Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineer or Trade School education and/or qualifications.
Minimum of 5 years maintenance planner experience in maintaining mobile and/or fixed equipment.
Proficient with Office 365 Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Plan and schedule all maintenance work using the computerized maintenance management system (ProntoXi).
Perform field audits with maintenance supervisors and technicians for continuous improvement.
Prepare and issue weekly maintenance schedules to execution teams and contractors.
Coordinate with Supply and Vendors to manage inventory and direct orders.
