Responsibilities include working with underground utility systems, supporting directional drilling teams, and maintaining site safety and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with directional drilling and underground utility installation
• Operate hand tools and support equipment like shovels, compactors, and jackhammers
• Follow OSHA safety standards and ensure safe excavation practices
• Maintain and inspect tools, vehicles, and work sites
• Support bore rig operators and vac truck operations
• Identify and avoid existing utility lines
• Load, unload, and organize materials at job sites
• Perform daily site cleanup and readiness

Qualifications

• Experience in underground utilities, directional drilling, micro trenching, civil, or site work preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Physically capable of labor-intensive tasks (lifting 50+ lbs, bending, digging, trench work)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, punctuality, safety awareness
• Equipment operation experience is a plus
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Valid driver’s license preferred; CDL is a benefit
