Mader Group is seeking experienced underground hard rock mechanics to service equipment across multiple mine sites. You will diagnose faults, perform repairs, and lead maintenance across diverse fleets and OEM platforms in demanding underground environments.
Join a team that values skilled, autonomous workers and safety, with travel between operations and strong overtime opportunities.
Spent years in underground mining? Put that experience to work where it actually carries weight.
Mader is growing our underground team and we're looking for experienced hard rock mechanics who know their way around underground equipment and can be trusted to get the job done.
This role isn't about spending the next five years working on the same machines at the same mine. You'll work across multiple operations, equipment fleets, and OEM platforms while building your skills alongside some of the most experienced underground mechanics in the industry.
If you enjoy diagnostics, major repairs, troubleshooting difficult faults, and the challenge that comes with underground mining, you'll fit right in.
Mader was founded by mechanics who believed there was a better way to build a career on the tools. Today, we support underground mining operations across North America and around the world, but our philosophy remains the same: hire good mechanics, back them properly, and give them the opportunity to do what they do best.
If you're looking for more variety, more autonomy, and the chance to work alongside some of the best underground mechanics in the industry, we'd like to hear from you.
