Job summary

This role requires 1–3 years of HDD experience, a valid driver's license (CDL preferred), and a commitment to safety, accuracy, and teamwork across field crews and project managers.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of directional drilling experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to read construction prints and understand underground utility locates.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate drilling rigs and support equipment to install underground utilities according to project specifications.
• Read and interpret construction prints, locate utilities, and mark underground services accurately.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and basic equipment maintenance.
• Ensure proper placement of conduit using bore logs and tracking systems.
• Collaborate with field crews to set up equipment, mix drilling fluid, and pull back conduit or pipe.
• Maintain accurate records of bore lengths, depths, and site conditions.
• Adhere to all company and regulatory safety procedures and requirements.
• Assist with potholing, locating, trenching, or other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Work in various terrain and weather conditions while maintaining productivity and quality.
