Job summary

Altitude Energy LLC is seeking a Foreman - Underground in the Distribution division. The role involves planning, directing, and supervising underground crew activities including trenching and installation of primary/secondary cables in field settings.

You will ensure compliance with contract documents and manage safety and reporting. The ideal candidate has a CDL A, a Journeyman certificate, and at least four years of hands-on underground experience, with strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
Journeyman Certificate through the Department of Labor.
CDL A with clean MVR.
Minimum 4 years of field experience.
Intermediate computer skills for time tracking, reporting and communications.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, direct, and supervise daily underground crew activities (trenching, conduit installation, vault setting, cable work).
Oversee installation of underground distribution systems and terminations.
Ensure proper installation depths, clearances, and compaction per specs.
Read and follow contract documents; manage subcontractors and change orders.
Maintain accurate daily reports, crew time, and project documentation.
Lead safety practices and trainings; mentor apprentices; communicate with leadership.
