Job summary

Altitude Energy, LLC is seeking a Foreman - Underground to lead the daily underground crew activities for the Distribution division in field projects across the western United States. You will plan, direct, and supervise trenching, conduit installation, vault setting, and terminations on underground distribution systems.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, a Journeyman Certificate, a Class A CDL, and at least four years of experience.

Qualifications

• Requires CDL Class A license and clean MVR.
• Must read, understand, and follow contract documents.
• Experience in planning, directing and supervising underground crew activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and supervise daily underground crew activities.
• Oversee installation of underground distribution systems and ensure proper depths and clearances.
• Maintain documentation: incidents, crew time, daily reports, and receipts.
• Mentor apprentices and ensure safety training is delivered.
