Job summary

Visionary Communications, Inc. seeks an Outside Plant (OSP) Construction Laborer to join Visionary Broadband's underground fiber team in Casper/Douglas/Gillette, WY.

This full-time, hourly role involves traveling regionally and reporting to the Fiber Operations Manager. TheLaborer will perform trenching, digging, buttressing, and maintaining plant assets, using hand and power tools while ensuring safety and compliance with Visionary standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with heavy machinery a plus.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL eligibility as needed.
• Ability to travel throughout service territory.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Must pass a drug test and background screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand and power tools; prepare sites; trench and backfill.
• Dig trenches and compact soil to grade specs.
• Work on underground fiber projects; locate utilities.
• Maintain site safety and follow project plans.
• Oversee vehicle and equipment maintenance with fleet team.
