Job summary

TAK Broadband is seeking entry‑level and experienced Laborers to support aerial and underground telecom construction in Prescott Valley, AZ, and surrounding areas. The role involves trenching, conduit placement, fiber installation, and assisting with equipment while adhering to safety standards.

Travel within a 75‑mile radius and occasional overnight stays are required. Competitive hourly pay and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in overhead construction for fiber.
• Ability to read maps, drawings, schematics, and other project documentation.
• Comfortable working with field crews and performing physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of manual labor tasks including trenching and site preparation.
• Assist with fiber installation activities such as blowing, pulling, and relocating fiber services.
• Support aerial and underground crews and assist with equipment setup.
• Operate vehicles and equipment as certified and assist with maintenance.
• Travel within a 75 mile radius with possible overnight stays.
