Whipple Service Champions is expanding its underground division, seeking motivated individuals with solid excavation experience to safely expose utilities, dig trenches, operate equipment, and support repair projects.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of residential service excavation experience required.
• Proven experience in sewer line repair and replacement, pipe bursting operations, and main line pulling.
• Knowledge of underground utility systems, trenching, and excavation methods.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sewer line repairs, replacements, liner installations, and pipe bursting projects.
• Diagnose underground utility issues and determine the best repair or replacement options.
• Pull, repair, replace, and burst main water service lines.
• Safely and efficiently operate excavators, mini excavators, and other excavation equipment.
• Read and interpret utility locates, site plans, and project specifications.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety procedures and best practices.
