Job summary

Warrior Met Coal, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Controls Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in our underground mining operations near Brookwood, Alabama. You will work with PLCs, HMIs, and motor control circuits, performing preventive maintenance and safety-focused repairs.

A strong background in electrical engineering and familiarity with MSHA standards are preferred. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of industrial experience, an MSHA Electrical Certification, and

Qualifications

• Strong background in electrical systems and controls in an industrial setting.
• Experience with PLCs, HMIs, and motor control circuits is preferred.
• Knowledge of MSHA regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical control systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot control systems to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure reliability and longevity of equipment.
• Assist in design and implementation of electrical upgrades and system improvements.
