Job summary

Swick Mining Services is seeking experienced Underground Diamond Drillers to join our North American operations and build a long-term career with a global contractor. Earn strong annual income with a 20/10 rotation, plus per diems and a sign-on bonus, while working with industry-leading equipment.

Role involves operating underground rigs, mentoring helpers and delivering high-quality drilling services across North America, under Swick’s safety standards and performance expectations.

Qualifications

• 12+ months experience as an Underground Diamond Core Driller.
• Ability to work in remote underground environments on a 20/10 rotation.
• US and/or Canada work eligibility; MSHA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate underground diamond drilling rigs safely and to client specifications.
• Deliver drilling programs while maintaining safety, productivity and core recovery.
• Complete daily inspections, basic preventative maintenance and equipment checks.
• Accurately complete drilling logs, production reports and site documentation.
• Lead, mentor and support Driller Helpers to work safely and develop skills.
• Follow safety policies, procedures and standards set by company, client and regulators.
• Contribute to a positive site culture based on teamwork and continuous improvement.
