Job summary

Qualifications

• Underground mining experience required or preferred.
• Red Hat Certification required; Black Hat preferred.
• Welding, machining and electrical certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Must work safely in the mines.
• Familiarize with the drilling rig and perform minor repairs.
• Learn horizontal drilling from senior drillers.
• Learn to lay and dismantle gas pipelines and move pipes.
• Plug boreholes after gas ceases production.
• Complete in-house training to master all functions within 1–2 years.
