The supervisor provides direct, daily supervision and coordination for our aerial and/or underground telecommunication construction crews.

What you’ll do…

1. Oversee installation, maintenance, and/or repair of telecommunications equipment, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and safety.
2. Supervise daily activities and project progress, providing guidance on execution and ensuring compliance with project deliverables.
3. Maintain excellent communication with employees, contractors, vendors, and customers.
4. Identify and address project issues and risks, developing response plans as needed.
5. Understand current and future business goals and ongoing issues.
6. Implement and maintain processes to support task completion in your area or project.
7. Communicate effectively with company personnel, customers, and contractors to ensure task completion.

Minimum requirements include a good working knowledge of telecommunications construction, familiarity with aerial lift devices, utility lines/poles, and related equipment, and the ability to troubleshoot problems.

Who we are looking for…

1. Prior supervisory experience.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.
3. Associate's degree or advanced training in a related field is preferred.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs.
5. At least 1 year of project management experience including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
6. Authorization to work in the United States and ability to pass pre-employment screening.
