The role involves providing supervision and coordination for aerial and/or underground telecommunication construction crews.

What you’ll do…

1. Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications equipment, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and safety.
2. Supervise daily activities and project progress, guiding project execution and ensuring compliance with deliverables.
3. Maintain excellent communication with employees, contractors, vendors, and customers.
4. Identify and address project issues and risks, developing response plans.
5. Align with current and future business goals and ongoing issues.
6. Implement and maintain processes to support tasks within your area or project.
7. Communicate effectively with company personnel, customers, and contractors to ensure task completion.

Minimum Requirements

• Prior supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with aerial lift devices, utility lines/poles, and telecommunications equipment.
• Ability to use cable placement tools and troubleshoot problems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• 1+ years of project management experience preferred.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
