Job summary

Warrior Coal LLC seeks an experienced maintenance electrician to repair and service underground mining equipment. You will perform emergency and preventative maintenance, electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting, and component replacement on production and support machinery.

The role includes welding and fabricating, splicing cables as needed, and completing permissibility checks, with the ability to work any shift. A current KY State electrical card is required, with mining experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have current KY State electrical card.
• Experience with underground mining equipment.
• Able to work any shift.

Responsibilities

• Emergency and Preventative Maintenance, including electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting, and repair/replacement of component parts, on all production and support equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment, i.e. greasing, fluid checks, oil and filter change, etc.
• Perform permissibility checks
• Welding and acetylene torch cutting repair and mechanical fabricating.
• Splicing equipment cables as needed.
• Weld belt drives and starter boxes.

Job description
