Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in telecom construction, underground and/or aerial projects.
• Proven supervisory background directing crews and managing large-scale projects.
• Strong risk assessment, safety compliance, and policy implementation abilities.
• Effective leadership for crew coordination and stakeholder accountability.

Responsibilities

• Oversees construction sites to ensure quality and safety.
• Manages customer and homeowner relations and addresses concerns.
• Ensures all work follows approved documents and procedures.
• Ensures timely, efficient, safe project completion.
• Leads and directs ground crews daily.
