Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Doctoral degree in Psychology or related field, or
• Master’s degree in Psychology, or
• Master’s degree in a related field with at least 18 graduate semester hours in Psychology.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate psychology courses (General Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Abnormal Psychology).
• Deliver instruction aligned with approved course outcomes and departmental expectations.
• Use student-centered, evidence-based instructional strategies.
• Assess student learning and provide timely feedback.
• Submit grades, attendance, and required assessment documentation by deadlines.
• Support learning outcomes assessment and accreditation processes.
• Adhere to FERPA and academic integrity standards.
• Contribute to a positive learning environment that supports student success.
