Position Overview
The School of Education is looking to hire a part-time adjunct instructor to teach the following course in the Fall 2026 semester – STEM Methods: Math.
The course will meet in person.
Course Description: This undergraduate/graduate level course serves students across our teacher education and NOYCE programs.
Duties and Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Department Chair and specific Program Directors, the instructor will perform the following duties:
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Masters Degree preferred or substantial progress toward the terminal degree.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Doctorate Preferred, or Master s Degree and experience in the field of education.
Experience with higher or K12 education.
Successful record of teaching mathematics in upper elementary, middle, or high school.
Excellent oral and written communication.
