Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of previous career coaching, recruiting, placement, project management, and/or similar experience required.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience with the unique needs of business students helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide career counseling, advising, and coaching to full-time undergraduate business students; cover resume/cover letter writing, internship and job search strategy, interview prep, networking tips.
• Develop and deliver career education programming; lead one-on-one and group sessions; build relationships with employers, faculty, staff, and alumni.
• Deliver information with a teaching focus in person, virtually, and online resources; address student needs and evaluate engagement gaps.
• Track and analyze internship and post-graduation placement outcomes; ensure accuracy per standards; provide proactive outreach.
• Partner with employer relations staff and others to understand recruiting needs; convey information to students and identify opportunities.
• Bring creative ideas for professional development and pilot innovative partnerships to engage with students and stakeholders.
