Job Overview

The College of Information Sciences and Technology (IST) is seeking an Undergraduate Admissions Officer to provide consultative services to prospective and current students and their families, facilitate admissions, determine financial aid eligibility, and evaluate applications.

Responsibilities

1. Counsel and advise prospective students and families regarding enrollment through the student life cycle.
2. Provide in-take services; respond to requests from applicants, parents, and counselors via phone, email, and in person.
3. Review and analyze applications, transcripts, and records for consultation with families.
4. Represent the university at recruitment and enrollment events.
5. Create outreach programs and presentations to attract students.
6. Collaborate with other university units to ensure consistent messaging during the enrollment process.
7. Manage application follow-up, run reports, and develop communication strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 1+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel for meetings with prospective students.
• Hybrid work schedule with regular on-site presence at University Park.
