Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with four years of program management experience including some course management and academic counseling.
• Familiarity with TAMU portals such as Argos and Navigate.
• Ability to build relationships and work in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support undergraduate student success programs focused on first-year retention and engagement.
• Develop and update training materials for student success initiatives.
• Collect and provide program data for reports and progress tracking.
• Support strategic planning and goal setting for short- and long-term initiatives.
• Coordinate mentor recruitment, training, placement, and evaluation.
• Provide guidance to peer mentors and collaborate with faculty and advisors.
