Job summary

The ACLU seeks an Undergraduate Social & Store Intern in the Communications and Marketing Department at its National office in New York City. The role supports running the store efficiently while assisting the social media team with content creation across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.

Qualifications

• Must be currently matriculated undergraduates in the U.S.
• Experience with ecommerce for a major brand or retailer preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Update online store pages with product info and copywriting.
• Brainstorm merchandise ideas and promotional campaigns.
• Photography for social media and emails.
• Analyze budgets, inventory, and sales data in Excel.
• Support social media metrics reporting and data analysis.
• Research industry trends to inform marketing and product strategy.
• Produce social media content, including scripting and TikTok production.
