Job summary

Amgen invites undergraduates to join the Digital Product – Technology, AI & Data internship for Summer 2027. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and data teams to shape digital experiences that support Amgen’s mission to serve patients.

You will learn to translate user needs into actionable work within an Agile environment, contributing to meaningful patient impact while developing core product skills and professional networks in a fast-paced biotech setting.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's degree program with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Currently located in the United States for the duration of the internship.
• Available to work full-time and commit to future full-time employment by July 2028, if offered.

Responsibilities

• Support product discovery by researching user needs and documenting workflows.
• Translate business problems and user needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Assist with backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release-readiness activities.
• Analyze product usage, data and feedback to identify trends and improvements.
• Prepare concise presentations and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered capabilities.
