Job summary

Amgen in the United States is seeking an Undergrad Intern Data Scientist for Technology, AI & Data (Summer 2027). This internship provides hands-on skills and foundational experience in data analysis, modeling, and developing data-driven solutions for scientists.

You will work on reading unstructured data, integrating multiple sources, and supporting quantitative analysis, with eligibility including full-time student status and US residency.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor’s degree program with a 3.0 GPA minimum

Responsibilities

• Executing/analyzing data analysis and modeling projects from design and processing of data
• Testing new statistical analysis methods, software and data sources for continual improvement of quantitative solutions
• Developing new ways for scientists to utilize data from multiple sources
• Developing automated capability to read unstructured data and convert it to structured content that is available for analysis and modeling
