• Must be able to work a part-time schedule.
• Preferred majors in Engineering or Life Sciences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Process Development, Facilities & Engineering, and Manufacturing to run a diverse project portfolio.
• Perform problem solving, root cause analysis and data visualization.
• Apply Continuous Improvement principles to develop new solutions.
• Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and increase manufacturing throughput.
• Evaluate procedural improvements.
• Coordinate production floor testing across multiple teams.
