Job summary

Dell Technologies Services is seeking an Undergraduate Analytics Intern to join the Services team in Round Rock, TX or Hopkinton, MA. You will work on a business analytics project with KPIs and dashboards, uncover opportunities to improve operations, sales growth and dispatch effectiveness.

You will analyze data from multiple sources, communicate findings to business leaders, and partner across internal and external data sources.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled undergraduate student in Data Science, Statistics or Business Analytics.
• Experience with Excel, SQL and Power BI.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle ambiguity.
• Familiarity withStatistica, SAS, R, SPSS, Hadoop, Teradata, Python, Tableau, Business Objects, C++ is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create analyses to uncover opportunities to improve operations, sales and dispatch.
• Identify and interpret trends to predict outcomes.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to business leaders.
