Arena Investors LP invites undergraduates (Class of 2028) to join its new two-year Analyst Program in New York. Start your career directly out of college with no required IB experience, gaining exposure to Real Estate, Structured Finance, CLO, and Corporate Securities.

You will rotate through due diligence, modeling, memo preparation, and post‑closing tasks while building fundamental financial skills. You’ll learn credit analysis, capital structure concepts, and soft skills for a successful

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a top university, quantitative field.
• Strong Excel skills; VBA is a plus.
• Experience with financial modeling and transaction structuring/closing.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Highest integrity, discipline and ethical standards.
• Detail oriented and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models and perform data/investment analysis.
• Research new deal opportunities.
• Perform relative value analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda.
• Participate in the transaction closing process.
• Assume transaction post-closing responsibilities.
• Coordinate with Treasury and Operations.
