Job summary

Arena Investors, LP invites recent graduates to join its newly established two-year Analyst Program in New York. No prior investment banking experience required, with rotation across credit-related investments and hands-on model development.

You will build financial models, analyze data, and support deal sourcing, due diligence, and memoranda while coordinating with Treasury and Operations. This is an entry-level, full-time program in a leading credit-focused firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent acceptable.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills; VBA a plus.
• Demonstrated interest in finance and investing; highly organized and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Support capital deployment across Arena's fundamentals-based investment strategy spanning Real Estate, Structured Finance, CLOs, and Corporate Securities.
• Develop financial models and perform data/investment analysis.
• Research new deal opportunities and perform relative value analysis.
• Assist in preparing investment memoranda and support due diligence.
• Participate in transaction closing and post-closing processes.
• Coordinate with Treasury and Operations.

Arena Investors, LP, a global alternative credit investment management firm, is recruiting recent graduates into its newly established two-year Analyst Program in New York — no prior investment banking experience required.

Key Responsibilities

• Support capital deployment across Arena's fundamentals-based investment strategy spanning Real Estate, Structured Finance, Collateralized Loan Obligations, and Corporate Securities
• Develop financial models and perform data/investment analysis
• Research new deal opportunities and perform relative value analysis
• Assist in preparing investment memoranda and support industry/company due diligence
• Participate in transaction closing and post-closing processes
• Coordinate with internal functions including Treasury and Operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a top university, ideally in a quantitative area (finance, economics, accounting, engineering, science, or mathematics); other strong-communication majors also considered
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (VBA a plus)
• Demonstrated interest in finance and investing; highly organized and self-motivated
