Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes is seeking full-time Automotive Mechanics to join our team at a Dallas-area service center. You will inspect, diagnose, and perform a wide range of undercar repairs including brakes, struts, and tires, and complete required state inspections.

Qualifications

Minimum 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
2 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair or related education/experience.
Extensive toolbox of personal tools for undercar repairs.
Preferred: state inspection license and ASE Certifications in Automotive Maintenance and Light Repair (G1), Suspension and Steering (A4), Brakes (A5).

Responsibilities

Inspect, diagnose, and perform a wide variety of automotive services.
Undercar repairs including brakes, struts, shocks, tires; oil and filter changes; fluid checks.
Complete state-mandated inspections and ensure quality workmanship.
