Candidates should have a high school diploma, 1+ years in customer service, and be willing to work evenings and weekends; training is provided, with paid ramp-up and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service, retail or sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays (Nov–Dec) and peak vacation periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proven ability to communicate with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
