Job summary

Victra, Verizon's premium retailer, is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to deliver world-class service and connect guests to what matters most. You will guide customers through product benefits, exceed sales goals, and create personal connections to simplify tech.

You will work with peers to learn, share ideas, and support merchandising and store operations. The role offers paid training and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
