Johnson RV is seeking energetic sales professionals to lead vehicle demonstrations, guide customers through the buying journey, and close deals with confidence. You’ll partner with our Finance & Insurance team, pursue aggressive targets, and enjoy the rewards of an uncapped commission structure.

Backed by a strong organization, you’ll wear multiple hats from showroom presence to follow-up, with opportunities to grow into management roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in sales preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities
