Mark Spain Real Estate is seeking driven, coachable agents with an active North Carolina real estate license to join a growing team. You will work full-time with pre-scheduled appointments delivered to you, and you will own the opportunity with uncapped earnings that increase as you produce.

Qualifications

• Active real estate license in North Carolina or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• 2+ years of sales experience or demonstrated production preferred.
• Full-time commitment and availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Responsive, organized, coachable, and accountable.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Willingness to follow the Mark Spain Real Estate process and take extreme ownership of results.
