Qualifications

• Active real estate license in North Carolina or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• 2+ years of sales experience or demonstrated production.
• Full-time commitment including evenings and weekends.
• Responsive, organized, coachable, and accountable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to follow the Mark Spain Real Estate process and take extreme ownership of results.

Responsibilities

• Convert qualified appointments into closings with confidence.
• Follow the Mark Spain Real Estate process from appointment to closing.
• Prepare for every appointment and follow up to close deals.
• Provide excellent client service throughout the process.
