Mark Spain Real Estate is seeking driven real estate agents in Greensboro, NC to convert qualified appointments into closings. You will be supported by an inside sales pipeline with pre-scheduled leads and coaching to help you grow your production.

Expect uncapped earnings with increasing splits as you produce, plus comprehensive training, AI-powered tools, and strong agent support. A valid NC license and flexible, full-time availability are required.

Qualifications

• Active NC real estate license or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• 2+ years of sales experience or demonstrated production preferred.
• Full-time commitment including evenings and weekends.
• Responsive, organized, coachable, and accountable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Convert qualified appointments into closings through the Mark Spain process.
• Follow the process from appointment to closing with support from the team.
• Maintain client relationships and provide exceptional service to buyers and sellers.
• Utilize provided appointments, coaching, and AI tools to price, position and serve clients.
