Townsquare Media Group in Odessa, TX is seeking an Account Executive for a full-time, in-office role. You’ll own a book of business, build relationships with local businesses, and close new deals in a high-impact, consultative sales environment.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams to craft data-driven marketing strategies across broadcast and digital solutions, aiming to exceed sales targets and drive market growth in the Odessa area.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience is required.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business.
• Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness.
• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand client reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work with Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
