COUNTRY Financial® is seeking an experienced insurance professional in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, to manage an active book of business and grow our diverse portfolio of insurance products.

This role offers uncapped earning potential, flexibility in schedules, and an opportunity to educate clients about our products. Ideal candidates have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and at least 2 years in the insurance or financial services sector.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Property/Casualty State Insurance License.
• Must possess a Life/Health State Insurance License.
• 2+ years in the insurance or financial services industry preferred.
• 5+ years of business ownership or managerial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage an established and active book of business.
• Grow business with existing and prospective clients.
• Educate clients on COUNTRY Financial® products and services.
• Collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank® Financial Advisors.
• Establish an office and build a staff.
