Responsibilities include growing business with clients, educating on products, collaborating with COUNTRY Trust Bank Advisors, and building a team.

Qualifications

• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree; 2+ years in insurance/financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take a consultative approach to grow business with existing and prospective clients.
• Educate clients about COUNTRY Financial products and services.
• Collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank Financial Advisors to inform clients of financial products and services.
• Establish an office and build a staff.
• Diversify income across property & casualty, life, and health lines and manage schedule.
• Build a rewarding, financially stable career while enriching lives in the communities we serve.
