Job summary

The Juris Agency in Texas is seeking an Insurance Agent to join our fast-paced, results-driven team. You will sell Auto, Homeowners, Renters, and Life insurance while leveraging provided leads to maximize commissions.

ALL LEADS are provided and on-target commissions aim to exceed $100k in the first year. A Property & Casualty license in TX is required, with Life & Health licensure obtainable within 3 months. This is an in-office, non-remote position.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license in TX.
• Possibility to obtain General Life & Health license within 3 months of start date.
• Experience in customer service or telemarketing is advantageous.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
• Provide clients with information about different insurance products, including coverage options and benefits.
• Negotiate terms of insurance policies to meet client needs while ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
• Perform sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of client interactions and policy details.
