Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive digital marketing solutions with a hybrid field-and-home-office setup in a growth-focused market. Earn uncapped commissions with a base salary and full benefits while completing best-in-class training to win and grow in your sales career.

In Year 1, on-target earnings are $90,000–$100,000 with uncapped commissions; Year 2 targets rise to $100,000–$120,000.

Responsibilities

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments.
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management.
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships across diverse industries; every day brings new challenges.
