Job summary

AT&T is seeking a driven Retail Sales Consultant in Kahului, HI. You’ll guide customers through options with a consultative approach, support online orders, and engage in community events while building relationships across the store.

The role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with full scheduling coverage from 9am to 9pm, weekends included. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and uncapped commission opportunities can significantly boost earnings.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the sales floor using a consultative approach.

• Follow a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends, with seniority-based planning two weeks in advance.
