Job summary

AT&T in Gastonia, NC is seeking a Sales Consultant to engage customers with a consultative approach on our latest devices and services. You’ll help shoppers navigate options, participate in community events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to grow our customer base.

The role supports a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends and offers coaching to new hires. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, with uncapped commission opportunities and competitive pay.

• Willing to learn; coaching provided.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to guide customers through options.
• Engage with the community through events, fill online orders and make outbound calls.
• Maintain a schedule from 9am–9pm including weekends; two-week advance planning.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and evolving tech to meet customer needs.
• If you have no sales experience, AT&T provides tools and coaching to help you succeed.
