Job summary

AT&T in Kentucky (Saint Matthews) is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant for part-time hours. You will guide customers with a consultative approach, connect them with the right wireless options, and participate in store events, online orders, and outreach calls.

You’ll work 9am–9pm, weekends included, with a fast-paced environment that rewards flexibility and sales performance. Prior retail or customer-facing experience helps, and training is provided to help you meet goals.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through their options with a consultative sales approach.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders, and outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with frequent updates to the schedule.
