Job summary

AKE Safety Equipment is seeking driven outside-sales professionals for a field-based, farm-to-farm role nationwide. This independent 1099 position offers uncapped commissions and the chance to build your own territory while selling STOP-FYRE®, the World’s Best Fire Extinguisher®.

You’ll develop trusted customer relationships with farmers, travel extensively, and be supported by a national organization led by our CEO.

Qualifications

• Outside-sales experience with proven results.
• Competitive, resilient, and goal-driven.
• Farmers or agriculture-related connections.
• Experience in hands-on industries such as construction, excavation, public safety, or military.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-directed work.
• Coachability and accountability with a proven sales approach.

Responsibilities

• Sell STOP-FYRE to farmers and grow territory.
• Develop trusted customer relationships and close sales.
• Prospect, farm-to-farm travel, follow up, and close deals.
• Operate as an independent 1099 rep with uncapped commission.
• No product purchases required to participate.
