Qualifications

• Several years of successful outside-sales experience and can demonstrate results.
• Competitive, resilient, and motivated by ambitious goals.
• Having a connection to agriculture through farming, work experience, or selling to farmers.
• May have experience in construction, excavation, public safety, military service, or another hands-on industry.
• Think like an entrepreneur and work effectively without day-to-day supervision.
• Are coachable, accountable, and willing to adopt a proven sales approach.
• Care about the customer, believe in the product, and operate with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Introduce farmers to STOP-FYRE — The World’s Best Fire Extinguisher, develop trusted relationships, and grow sales within your protected territory.
• Prospect farm-to-farm travel, disciplined follow-up, and closing ability to maximize earnings.
• Operate as an independent 1099 rep with uncapped commission and bonuses.
• Represent AKE with professionalism, trust, and persistence in the field.
