Qualifications

• Full-time availability including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to travel within the Greater Dallas-area service territory.

Responsibilities

• Attend 8–15 pre-qualified listing appointments every month via inside sales support.
• Close transactions and manage seller/buyer communications and documentation.
• Leverage Guaranteed Offer or open-market listing to position clients effectively.
• Collaborate with team and utilize AI-powered tools to price and market listings.
