Qualifications

• 2+ years outside B2B sales experience.
• Employee Benefit Insurance experience preferred.
• Valid Life and Health Insurance License or willing to obtain within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Build lifelong relationships with C-suite level executives and business owners.
• Use a consultative approach to uncover needs and present benefits solutions.
• Drive uncapped commissions on new and renewing accounts.
